  • Testimonials

      Testimonials

Our activities have been recognised by professionals and awards and appreciated by parents. Here are a few things they have said.

      Parents

'As always with Tiggers - a safe environment was provided whereby my child was able to 'be himself' without being judged or ridiculed.'

'It was nice to see Ryan have his face painted. First time in 11 years AND he queued! Last time was when he was 3 and he screamed the place down.

      Training Feedback

'The Course was very useful as it not only offers an insight int the autistic spectrum but also shows you how anywhere in society considerations have to be made as how to communicate with any one individual as every person is different.'

Our success with Blackpool Tiggers led to many requests from similar minded people for advice in setting up their own child oriented groups. We have assisted several groups in Lancashire. My Town Tiggers has now been officially launched to offer more services to a wider area. This includes assistance in setting up, staffing, training and development, fund raising, publicity, advice on autism for children, their parents and volunteers. We have won several awards and have recognition, partnerships and links with local authorities, health authorities, local and national societies, media, and politicians. While never forgetting that the children are what it's all about.
